We have an exciting opportunity within a leading dynamic business who specialise in CRM, Email and Loyalty Marketing software within the Retail space. A fast-growing and diverse environment with exciting times and further expansion ahead! This is an ideal opportunity for those either Agency or Client side.

Role Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for a client portfolio
  • Develop reporting briefs
  • Develop analysis insights
  • Upselling
  • Ensuring clients are managed effectively
  • Raising support and technical tickets managing through to completion
  • Working closely with the Project Management Team to ensure successful delivery of projects
  • Build long-lasting relationships with clients through consistent delivery of commitments
  • Update clients on functionalities
  • Develop a deep understanding and knowledge of the industry and share best practices
  • Be part of a supportive team

Person Requirements

  • Fluent in English and one other European language advantageous
  • Experience of managing clients, from an technology company
  • Understanding of email, CRM and loyalty marketing
  • Minimum 3 years account management experience
  • Self-starter
  • Someone who likes to work in a team
  • Driven and outgoing
  • Ability to manage upwards
