Salary: £18,000
Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm (Monday To Friday)
Our client is a specialist manufacturer and installer of quality aluminium windows, doors, curtain walling and roof lights for the commercial building sector. This role is a Full-time Service Contract Administrator for our client based in Bromborough, Wirral. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy office in our growing Service Department.
Duties:
- Quickly & effectively dealing with all incoming enquiries from both new & existing customers
- Organize & send paperwork, documents and computer-based information as per client KPI's
- To assist customers with general or job specific enquiries / updates
- Maintain and own both Customer & internal Portals & Trackers
- Maintain accurate asset lists for each site
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers as well as members of internal departments (i.e. Sales/Installs/Accounts), Service Engineers and suppliers
- Provide secretarial assistance to members of relevant departments
- Data input
Requirements:
- Previous experience in high pressure office environment is essential
- Confident individual who is comfortable making decisions
- Excellent phone manner, and previous experience speaking to customers over the phone
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word required
- Previous experience liaising with clients
