Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm (Monday To Friday)

Our client is a specialist manufacturer and installer of quality aluminium windows, doors, curtain walling and roof lights for the commercial building sector. This role is a Full-time Service Contract Administrator for our client based in Bromborough, Wirral. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy office in our growing Service Department.

Duties:

  • Quickly & effectively dealing with all incoming enquiries from both new & existing customers
  • Organize & send paperwork, documents and computer-based information as per client KPI's
  • To assist customers with general or job specific enquiries / updates
  • Maintain and own both Customer & internal Portals & Trackers
  • Maintain accurate asset lists for each site
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers as well as members of internal departments (i.e. Sales/Installs/Accounts), Service Engineers and suppliers
  • Provide secretarial assistance to members of relevant departments
  • Data input

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in high pressure office environment is essential
  • Confident individual who is comfortable making decisions
  • Excellent phone manner, and previous experience speaking to customers over the phone
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word required
  • Previous experience liaising with clients
