Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Salary: £18,000 - £19,500 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm

Job type: Temporary ongoing with the chance of going permanent for the right candidate.

Manpower are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client in Welwyn Garden City for a Warehouse Operative to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.

My client is looking for a Warehouse Operative who is hardworking, ambitious and flexible. The warehouse is an ideal environment for those with the right drive and attitude to progress further within their career.

What the job involves:

• Pick orders quickly and accurately
• Pack and Dispatch picked orders using the warehouse computer system
• Report any product discrepancies to the Supervisor so that investigations can be carried out before shipping the goods i.e. missing or damaged stock

Required:

• Standing or walking up to 8 hours a day
• Lifting and moving products up to 15kg
• "Can do" attitude and excellent attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• FLT licence is preferred but not essential
• Good command of written and spoken English language
