Sales Advisor - Registrations Department

Location: Nottingham City Centre

Contract: Permanent

Start Date: Immediately

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, on a rolling rota basis. Opening hours: Mon - Sun, 8AM - 8PM. Daily shift lengths can vary from day to day depending on department needs

Training: 3 weeks, 9AM - 5:30PM

Salary: Basic £18,380 up to £20,352 after 6 months. Bonus Scheme available every month based on KPIs, earn up to £9,000 per annum.

Manpower are currently recruiting for Sales Advisors for their client based in Nottingham city centre. Our client is a proud partner to leading manufacturer and retail brands worldwide, taking the worry out of appliance breakdowns for almost 9 million customers in the UK.

As a Sales Advisor, working in the Registrations department, you'll work in partnership with their brands, making customers aware of the additional products they can purchase for added peace of mind. You will engage with a warm customer base who require your expert guidance and support, ensuring that their needs are appropriately tailored for. You will be registering household appliances from the UK's top selling brands and then expertly upselling extended warranties, taking around 50 calls each day and be expected to sell around 10 to 15 plans from these calls.

We are looking for people who are confident communicators; someone who is able to have quality and compliant conversations with customers whilst tailoring products and services to meet customer needs. Sales experience isn't essential for the role, however you will come from a customer service background with experience engaging with customers, to establish their needs and offer the most appropriate solutions.

You will be given 3 full weeks of training at the start of your contract. Training is 9AM - 5:30PM, Monday - Friday. After this, you will work on a rota so are required to be fully flexible. Daily shift lengths can vary from day to day depending on department needs and will be working between the hours of 8AM - 8PM. You will also be required to work one full weekend and one partial weekend per month as well as some bank holidays. You will be given an 8 week rota in advance.

About You:

  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Ability to work in a target driven environment and work to KPIs
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills
