Awesome opportunity for a Digital Content Manager, immediate start is required for an exclusive member's club based in SW London.
The Digital Content Manager role is an ongoing Temp position, Salary £15-£21 per hour, Monday - Friday, Hours 9am - 5:30pm. You must be available to start on Monday 23rd September for the Digital Content Manager role.
As a Digital Content Manager, you will be managing multiple websites and working with stakeholders within the business across Europe. You must have a minimum of two year's industry knowledge/practice of working directly in CMS across digital channels, using Google Analytic.
Key responsibilities:
Day-to-day key point of contact for updates to the website
Respond and organise in a timely manner any emails received through contact forms or to their central digital in-box
Communicate the development pipeline in collaboration with their development agency
Brief the web agency on new developments - e.g. new site structure updates, including; optimisation, A/B and multi variant testing
Update CMS (with new articles, creation of landing pages, addition of documents etc)
Upload digital assets to their DAM platform for display
Upload on external channels (e.g. website/emails)
Work and collaborate with their paid media agency on campaign performance and analytic reporting, ensuring that optimisation's and testing are briefed to the development teams
Work in collaboration with their internal IT, CRM and Analytic teams to provide website and campaign reporting insights
Key Skills:
CMS platform experience (Umbraco is beneficial)
Email Marketing platform experience
(HubSpot is beneficial)
Web page optimisation to improve SEO rankings
Very strong organisation and time management skills - able to meet multiple deadlines
Agency management
Work with development team and manage tickets within JiraAble from stakeholders and Produce an effective brief
Working knowledge of Google Analytic
Understanding of tag management platforms e.g. Google Tag Manager Digital Marketing / eCommerce
