A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation as a Night Shift Warehouse Manager. As a member of the team, you will need to provide leadership and direction to the team, ensuring they are delivering on time, on service and hitting performance & financial KPIs. You will play a critical role in front line operations, whilst striving to continuously improve the efficiency of the processes, and build a culture of best practice, safety and excellent customer service.

The hours of work will be 22.00 - 06.00 working any 5 from 7 days with a salary of up to £40,000. Flexibility of hours is required with operational needs.

Essential Skills:

• Develop and motivate the team so they deliver or exceed objectives
• Excellent people management skills
• Proven ability to lead your teams
• Displaying skills of delegation, motivation, self-awareness, consistency and emotional intelligence
• Experience of applying a working knowledge of relevant legislation, e.g. Health & Safety, Employment Law, Discrimination etc.
• Effectively plan labour and resource to deliver the warehouse activities to a timely manner whilst meeting agreed KPI's and Service Levels
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities and effectively apply any changes to warehouse process or design to deliver a culture of continuous improvement
• Thrives in a challenging environment with multiple customers with a variety of service levels and time lines to exceed.
• Demonstrates high levels of initiative, focus and commitment and flexibility
• A good understanding of multi temperature warehouse procedures and compliance
• PC skills for Excel / Word / PowerPoint and WMS experience
