An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading utilities supplier as a Recruitment Administrator, our client is currently seeking an Administrator for Recruitment, based in Coventry, CV7 8PE. This a full-time temporary contract for 6 months with the potential to go to permanent for the right candidate, paying in the region of £20-22K per annum, pro rata depending on experience. Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm.

Job Purpose

The Recruitment Administrator will handle inbound and outbound candidate calls and assist in general recruitment administration activities and duties.

Key Accountabilities/Tasks

  • Respond to incoming candidate queries by email, phone and via our social platforms
  • Prepare interview and assessment documentation and schedule of psychometric tests and video interviews to ensure this input is available in a timely manner for the selection process
  • Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure candidate details are entered and updated in a timely manner and that the system provides optimal support to the resourcing process
  • Communicate updates to candidates including invites to attend assessment centres and outcomes following attendance
  • Attend Assessment Centres and support the volume campaigns team to ensure these are effectively run and yield beneficial results
  • Collate all recruitment requests for new role approvals and distribute to the relevant stakeholders
  • Collate and manage all recruitment documentation reviewing and adhering to the retention schedule where required

Experience Required

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to suggests and implement process improvements where required
  • Competent in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent telephony skills, to handle customer calls and accurately process data.
  • Experience of working effectively to comply with business processes and standards
  • Experience of analysing data and problem-solving capability (Performance Excellence techniques)
  • Knowledge of office practices (safety and security)
  • Proficient in use of business systems (Excel, Word,)
