Hours:
This is a 38 hours per week role with flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
- Work with key stakeholders to develop a long-term and sustainable partnership and manage day to day complex relationships within the account, at all levels
- Manage and monitor KPIs including reporting, taking appropriate action to ensure that all targets are achieved
- Work with and support the account's central and field-based teams
- Identify, develop and implement strategic improvement
- Ensuring Health & Safety policies and regulations are always followed, escalating any concerns as appropriate
- Monitor current market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Work closely with internal departments, to co-ordinated all major change, and ensure it fits together in a deliverable plan
- End to end co-ordination of promotions
- Help to identify New Product Development opportunities and support implementation
- Review department plans and budgets in line with strategic objectives
- Review and look for ways to simplify processes
