We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our client on a permanent basis within their HO in NW London - also with the flexibility to work from home 2/3 days a week.

Our client is an exciting start up within Consumer Credit an FCA regulated lender operating throughout the United Kingdom - well funded and rapidly expanding.

You will be responsible for managing the creation and successful delivery of the digital marketing strategy for the business. This will require creative thinking with factual analysis to develop appropriate strategies to ensure campaigns reach their target audiences effectively. You will need to apply knowledge of digital platforms to identify the most appropriate for building awareness and generating leads for the organisation.

You will take ownership and build the strategy and execute the design and development of multimedia communication channels, including website, web application and digital communications campaigns, specifically including PPC, SEO and Social Media.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
  • Optimise the digital marketing effort through activities that align with business KPIs and build on ROI
  • Devise strategies to drive online audience, tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website where appropriate
  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
  • Oversee the social media strategy for the company
  • Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
  • Ability to compose short text / succinct key messages
  • Strong understanding of best practice in both social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube) and Digital Marketing
  • Ownership of brand asset ensuring brand guidelines are always adhered to.
  • Demonstrable experience in using SEO, PPC ad management and Google Analytics.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • A self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is results / positive outcomes driven
  • Ability to prioritise under pressure and deliver to agreed deadlines, budget and KPIs
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Proven experience marketing to consumers
  • Google AdWords certified
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Experience running lead and/or revenue focused PPC campaigns
  • Experience in developing and enhancing the SEO strategy
  • Experience running lead and/or revenue focused social media campaigns in Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Ability to work autonomously and deliver under pressure
  • Resilience and ability to quickly adapt
  • A problem solver with a passion and desire to grow within an exciting and fast-paced team and organization
