Category Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Leading Global FMCG company with Brands such as Dove, Knorr, Persil & Magnum are currently looking for a Category Executive based at their prestigious facility in Leatherhead. This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 12 months, working a 36.25 hour week. This role is paying between £31,600 and £37,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

Primary Purpose of Role:

The purpose of this role is to grow the categories that our client operates in to ensure their future. In this role you deliver best in class category and shopper insights to our retailers and our business, developing strategies, solutions and recommendations to grow our mutual businesses sustainably.

Key Deliverables:

They will be able to function across the key skill sets defined for category management, but we will identify key strengths and passion points areas of individuals to facilitate better resourcing decisions when possible.

Key project roles will need to resource as directed/recruited by anchor roles:

• Defining and developing category/channel growth drivers
• Objectively consulting and challenging UL strategies using the category/channel growth drivers
• Range reviews and macro space projects
