Production Operative

Excellent opportunity for a Production Operator to become part of a small, friendly team in a successful family business, near Cambourne, Cambridheshire.

The Production Operative role is interesting and varied, involved in all aspects of receiving goods-in, stacking and packing palletised stock, manufacturing items using a variety of machines and manual tools, packing customer orders, goods-out. The satisfaction of seeing an entire process and making something yourself. Ideally you would have production and warehouse experience. Forklift experience / qualification would be very useful, too.

The team is friendly and relaxed and you will be reliable, have a good work ethic, orderly and methodical working habits and a good sense of humour. You should be willing to learn and grow in the role over a period of time. Ideally, you will seek an opportunity that offers long-term security and job satisfaction in a pleasant working environment.
