A fantastic opportunity has arisen within an experienced Contact Centre team as a Tactical Outbound Communicator from the 1st October on a temporary basis.

We offer a great package working 37.5 hours per week £10per hour.

What the role involves:

• Talking to business customers about the benefits of the product
• Assisting customers with technical issues
• Communicating with the inbound team
• Offering outstanding customer service via phone and email

The ideal candidate will have:

• Have experience in a customer service/sales environment
• Can prioritise your workload and enjoy working within a fast-paced environment
• Have excellent communication skills with great attention to detail
• Love problem solving and enjoy finding innovative solutions to challenges as they arise
• Have attention to detail in order to maintain accurate records and information updating the database
• Work well within a team

Essential skills:

• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to remain calm, maintain high standards and work effectively under pressure
• Problem solving and trouble-shooting to resolve issues in a timely fashion
• A good team player who works proactively with others, providing help and support as required and adaptable to a range of varied tasks
