Duties

Responsible for CRM activity and budget

Liaising with marketing, scheduling and mapping email campaigns

Testing email strategies

Managing daily CRM activity

Reporting on email marketing

Liaise with internal departments reporting on Customer Success

Responsible for daily management of the new CRM system

Maintaining all the services that the CRM system offers i.e. Facebook, Custom audiences, marketing within emails

Mapping the customer's journey

Checking database within the CRM system

Liaise with marketing to identify VIP customers and how to leverage activity with the brand; through rewards

Educate the business on CRM KPI's i.e. retention rate, purchase spend
