111 Call Handler
Manpower has an amazing opportunity to work within a well-respected organisation as a 111 Call Handler. This call centre is based in Wakefield and is a vital role within the NHS as it is the first point of contact for the general public in their up most time of need.
The call centre is open 24/7, 365 days a year which means you must be fully flexible when working, which does include bank holidays, Christmas and New Year's.
The pay starts from £8.21 and you can earn up to £16.40 per hour. This fantastic role would be suitable for anyone looking to start or continue a career with a well-respected company and those who are interested in helping others. Calls to the service come through from the general public and you must be able to deal with all callers in a calm and professional manner.
