Inbound Telephone Advisor

Are you looking for a temporary role for approximately 3 - 6 months?

We are currently recruiting for In-bound Customer Service Advisors, you will be taking calls from Smart Meter Installers who are out installing meters in customers homes and businesses across the UK.

You will log any faults or issues they may call in with and resolve the query or raise them to the relevant team for resolution.

No experience is necessary as you will be given 2 weeks excellent training, but you will posses a good telephone manner and have computer skills.

There is access on site to a gym and excellent canteen facilities.

This role is to start on 24th June.

The hours are 40 a week, they are open from 8am-8pm therefore you would need to be able to cover both an early or late shift and working one Saturday in 3/4 having a day off in the week.
