Leading Inspection team and operatives to attain a higher level excellence of qualityManage customer complaint and returnsManage the company non-conformance databaseWorking closely with internal stakeholdersMaintain, update and develop standard operating proceduresRequired attributes:

Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally at all levels within the organisation.Organised, practical, logical in work approachPositive can-do attitudeExcellent project management skillsDrawing interpretation skillsAbility to lead process improvement activitiesDesired attributes:
