Job Purpose:
The Global Business Manager is responsible for supporting critical strategy initiatives and business management processes for Custody & Funds Services in EMEA, NAM, LATAM & APAC.
The role will necessitate working closely with the Global COO and other members of the business management team. The Business Manager will also work closely with Coverage, Regional and Global Product Management and functional partners to facilitate integration, ensure strategic alignment.
The reporting line for this role is the COO, CFS Global.

The cross-functional nature of the role will naturally result in a degree of overlap with Global Custody and Global Funds Services. This role will also require working closely with regional CFS business management on strategic product initiatives, ensuring consistency of message.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the production of Global CFS MBR as well as any other reviews that may be required for Senior Management
* Develop and maintain client presentation material for CFS senior product management to support CFS sales and retention efforts
* Support the Global Annual CFS Plan production and process including coordination with Global and Regional Product Management and Global Finance
* Track and oversee initiatives aligned to the businesses 5yr growth strategy
* Support CFS COO in any other initiatives or processes that may arise in the course of BAU
* Analyse market trends, market size, client segments and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and benchmark Client's key differentiating features against the competition.
* Support broader Clients Market wide initiatives from a CFS perspective

Knowledge/Experience:
* Solid knowledge of bank systems and ability to extract data for analysis
* Previous experience in a Business Management role
* Knowledge of Credit and Operational Risk
* Experience working in a Global Environment
* Ability to build communication materials on business strategy and performance
* Project management experience
* Bachelor's degree, Masters preferred
* Understanding of investment products (mutual funds and other structured products) and securities market
* Proficient in excel and financial modelling
