Packaging Op

My client based in Leicester are currently recruiting for 2 CNV packaging operatives 1 in Hamilton and 1 in Rothley

The one in Hamilton is split over 3 different shifts

06:00-14:00

14:00-22:00

22:00-06:00

Paying £8.87 this is 37.5 hours a week

The one in Rothley is a 4 on 4 off shift

The role is 42 hours a week paying £8.87 with an additional 20% shift premium

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• To be responsible for the overall day-to-day running of a specified operational process.
• Reporting issues to shift supervisor
• Ensuring compliance with any corporate or legislative requirements, including safety, quality and environment.
• Optimisation of the manufacturing facility by operating in line with the agreed standards.
• Working with other operators to ensure delivery of a consistent approach across section / area and site, working towards best practice in operational standards and methods.
• Contribute to the setting and implementation of continuous improvement activities.
• Work with the Technical Team to resolve any process/resource issues you feel you are unable to provide adequate means to rectify.
• Initiate and lead problem solving in response to manufacturing. Providing high quality feedback to the Day Team from shift to enable accurate and fast diagnostics / repairs.
• Shift work may be involved (20% allowance)
