As the training and support manager, you will ensure all team members have the training they need to deliver quality service and support. Day-to-day you will oversee training plans and ensure training delivery meets the highest of standards. This is a role that will see you collaborate with people from all levels and will require you to develop a proactive and supportive relationship with the Directors and Branch managers throughout business.
- Implementing effective methods and standards so restaurants run to its maximum productivity.
- Responsibilities include handling the logistics of the organisation/preparing budgets and inventories
- You must be prepared to handle everything from facilities management to customer service.
- You will oversee the implementation of business measures, new guidelines or strategies.
- You will work jointly with other department heads especially senior business managers
- Bringing forth new ideas to improve both sales and standards
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
- Overall responsibility of food hygiene and food hygiene standards via the Branch Managers
- Provide opportunities for ongoing development
- Manage training budget
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
- Assess future and current training needs through job analysis and annual performance appraisals

Requirements:
- 4+ year's Hospitality/Restaurant Management experience
