- The creation of supplier Statements Of Work - with input from sales and client ManagementInterfacing with Global Procurement and maintaining accurate Statements of Work (SOW).
- Raise Purchase Orders using client systems
- Invoice Management - Managing invoices from third parties, dealing with queries, escalations.
- Update Workflow tools
- Manage new business requests - renewals, additions, changes, deletions to supplier contracts.
- Obtain 3rd party supplier quotes.
- Maintain sharepoint data.
- Call validations on products.
- Must have good office skills - Outlook, Excel, and Word.
