We are pleased to be recruiting for a Stock Administrator to join our client initially on an ongoing temporary contract. You will be required to work 2pm - 10pm - Sunday - Friday with every Saturday off and one additional day off each week that will be on a rota. The hourly pay for this role is £9.51.
Duties Include:
- Liaising day to day with suppliers
- Liaising with Transport
- To manage document production within agreed timescales, to ensure transport and warehouse productivities and customer service levels are maintained
- Processing outbound orders for picking and dispatching
- Managing document production within agreed timescales, to ensure warehouse productivities and customer service levels are maintained
- Completion of all perpetual inventory activity within agreed timescales, and carry out associated investigations as required
- Ensure full audit process
- Ensure all paperwork is retained and filed within agreed timescales, and stored adequately to ensure robust audit trails are available
- Performing daily checks and maintenance of system hygiene
- Ensuring that data and operational information is maintained on key business systems in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensuring all on hold pallets are highlighted and dealt with in a timely fashion
- Ensuring robust investigation of stock issues to maximise customer stock availability at warehouse level
- Continuous improvement/project support for the department
- Collate operational KPI information accurately & within timescales
- May be required to undertake reasonable additional duties & hours of work in line with business requirements
- Processing the receipt into the warehouse of inbound loads.
Job Requirements:
- General administration experience
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Able to work under pressure to deadlines
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Goods Inwards experience
- Basic Excel spreadsheet skills
- Maths & English GCSE or equivalent
- MHE licences would be an advantage
