The Open University is looking for full time Student Recruitment and Support Advisors.
The role starts on Monday 4th November 2019 to 3rd April 2020 - full commitment is required and is full time working 37 hours, paying £10.46ph.
You will be required to communicate via telephone and email to provide proactive support, information and routine advice to enquirers on all aspects of registration within the contact centre and to subsequently reserve and register customers onto the system whilst adhering to the service policy and practice.
The role is within a contact centre so will require flexible working hours within a range from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9 am to 5 pm on Saturdays. Shift times are generally 8:00-4:30, 8:30- 5:00, 9:00-5:30, 9:30-6:00 and 10:30-7:00 and 12-8:00pm.
There is 5 weeks full time paid training until Friday 6th December 2019, throughout training normal office hours will apply from 9-5.30pm and unfortunately there are no holidays allowed during this period.
Strong verbal and written communication and Microsoft Office skills are required for this role.
