An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our Global FMCG Client, are currently seeking a Organisational Design Lead for a pivotal role in the UK business, based at their prestigious facility in Leatherhead, Surrey. This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 6 Months, working a 36.25-hour week. This role is paying up to £950 per day (LTD only).
MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
ETS is the Unilever Global support function building cutting edge services for Unilever around the world. Its mission is to provide "Better for Less through Technology, Data and Service". This exciting HR opportunity will support one of the most critical elements of ETS Transformation namely creating the conditions for ETS expansion into services outside its current scope, turning ETS into a single Unilever Productivity Engine. The holder of this Global HRBP role will work directly with the VP HR Global Functions, the HR Director Enterprise Services, the HR Director IT, a number of ETS VPs and several business leaders whose business will be partnered in this journey.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- In depth organisational design experience (design rather than development)
- Who is comfortable taking a high level Target Operating Model or set of PowerPoint charts, and working through a detailed process to create an end state organisation design.
- Who is senior enough to lead senior HR resources and interact with business leaders, while being hands on enough to get involved with the "doing "albeit with support from others.
- Ideally, they will have experience of Information Technology organisations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills facilitating the rapid establishment of constructive relationships and personal credibility
Ability to demonstrate resilience in challenging / difficult situations
Fast learner and adapter
Strong PowerPoint and excel skills Previous HR Business Partnering experience, ideally in a global, matrix structure will be a competitive advantage
Ideally the candidate should have completed in Degreed all modules of Demystifying Analytics Can be flexible agile working OK can flex around school hours Max notice period 1 month
