Interiors Duty Manager - Retail

My client is Ireland's leading interiors retailer and is now looking for an experienced Retailer to join the team in Galway . An excellent opportunity to join a growing brand with over 13 sites in Ireland and further expansion plans. If you're a Retail Store Assistant Manager/Duty Manger with 2+ years experience get in touch now. As the Duty Manager you'll be responsible for the following:

- Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of Store standards and targets
- Lead to the team to achieve set Sales and KPIs
- Ensure excellent merchandising across the Store at all times
- Weekly reporting to head office
- Daily team meetings to assess opportunities and any issues
- Maintain stock levels
- Initiate new marketing techniques to drive both footfall and sales
- Create a positive team atmosphere where the sales team can thrive
- Recruit and train new team members
