Warehouse Goods In/Out

Responsibilities

Manage the day to day of goods receiving/sending of all parts that comes into the business.
Take ownership and responsibilities of signing and checking for all goods.
Check delivery notes against purchase orders.
Be able to check invoice queries and liaise with the accounts department.
Liaise closely with the Purchasing team with any issues relating to booking in.
To be able to kit works orders in a timely manner ready for the production team
Highlight shortages from purchase orders to the manager.
Highlight any discrepancies relating to purchase orders to manager and support the Spares team with daily tasks. Picking packing, shipping and Kitting.
Experience of Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing environment.
Must have PC skills excel word etc.

Organising and negotiating contracts, shipments and couriers including tariffs.

Quality experience and the ability to read drawings advantageous.

Working hours

8-5 Monday to Thursday and 8-4 Friday with possibility of overtime.

Holidays 30 inclusive of Bank Holidays.
