What does a Researcher do?

As a researcher, you're the vital link between our recruiters and candidates. The role is demanding, diverse and involves:

• Developing a good understanding of our clients, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
• Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media
• Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships
• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
• The individual will be sourcing candidates from client job specs and calling them up to add them to talent pools and hotlists in anticipation of roles landing for that skill set/area.
• Involved a lot of calls and data recording and working closely with recruiters to identify suitable candidates that have been talent pooled and then pass the details to the recruiter if suited.
• Would use LinkedIn/Job Boards and referrals to build a large talent pool but with a focus on Security Cleared roles and niche skill sets for larger clients such as Fujitsu, DXC and others that operate within Public Sector projects.
