Temporary Customer Service Team Member
Manpower are recruiting for a number of customer service team members to work on 2/3 month temporary basis at their clients site based in the LS11 area of Leeds. This is Holbeck - Please check you can get to and from this location BEFORE applying for this role.
The role consists of;
Working in the customer service team answering incoming calls, taking orders, dealing with enquiries, tracking deliveries for customers and generally going the extra mile to ensure that everyone who calls receives excellent customer service.
You will also be entering all the details of your calls onto the in house database with accuracy and attention to detail being very important.
The customer service team operate Monday - Friday 8-8, Saturdays 9-5 and Sundays 10-4 and you will be flexible and be able to work any shift on any five out of the 7 days per week. Please note that no holidays are permitted during this assignment which due to the short term nature of the assignment is a given.
