Reserve HGV Driver

Are you looking for an odd few class one driving shifts to keep you busy or just to earn a bit extra? Our client based on Haxby Road in York is recruiting for reserve class one drivers to support them and be on call to work shifts for them last minute covering unexpected absences etc.

The work will involve delivering goods to fairly local depots - always self tip pallets and cages. You could be called in for an early morning, a late night or even a night out tramping! Paid at an excellent rate of £16.5 per hour you will have a class one license, CPS and digi tacho card along with two years solid driving experience.

Please note that to be a back up driver you must be able to pass not only a drivers assessment but also work two weeks full time for training both of which is paid.
