Job Details
Our client, one of the UK's leading energy providers, is looking for a Data Analyst / Administrator to work within their Nuclear Skills Alliance (NSA) Training Team at their office in Barnwood, Gloucester. The Data Analyst / Administrator will provide administrative and analytical support to the key training programmes through maintaining and reporting for training roles and records in SAP.
Main Responsibilities:
*Responsible for implementing changes to the architecture of training roles within SAP.
*Production of monthly/quarterly reports.
*Provision of support and guidance to line SAP Co-ordinators.
*Lead the SAP Co-ordinators working group.
*Responsible for maintaining trackers and providing SAP reports
*Provide SAP support to NSA Training team as and when required.
*Investigate SAP or compliance related issues.
*Maintain SAP user guides for Data Analyst and SAP Co-ordinator.
*Enrol staff onto training courses when required.
*Cancel training course participation as required.
Skills and Experience Required:
*Competent in the use of Microsoft Office programmes, in particular MS Excel.
*Experience in data reporting.
*Experience in the analysis of data.
*Must be able to work independently.
*Must be self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.
*Experience of SAP - desirable only (local training will be provided).
