Customer Service Advisor - Annesley - 6 months

Our client, one of the UK's leading energy companies are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team in the Community Energy department in Annesley.

You'll initially work for Manpower on a temporary basis but there's opportunity to become a permanent employee at a later date.

Contract: This is a 6 month role to cover secondment however may be extended

Start Date: ASAP!

Pay: £9.75 per hour.

Hours of work: You must be flexible to work 37 hours per week between 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm on a Saturday (1 in 3 Saturdays)

Location: Sherwood Business Park, Annesley

Annual leave: In this role you'll benefit from annual leave entitlement of 28 days a year pro rata for the first 12 weeks, and 34 days per annum thereafter (including bank holidays).

Key activities: You will be responsible for handling a varied level of queries and complaints from your customers. This will consist of, but is not limited to payment queries, booking engineer appointments and assisting customers with home moves. You will be taking inbound calls as well as responding to emailed queries. By utilising a bespoke system and liaising with internal departments you will handle all queries in a timely manner.

Key Skills:

* Previous Contact Centre experience, working in a fast paced target driven environment

* Competent computer user - Microsoft Outlook and Excel (Excel to a basic level of data entry and manipulation)

* Understanding of the importance of a fast client service and achieving set deadlines

* Strong attention to detail and organisation

* Motivated, able to work demonstrating initiative with minimal supervision

* Excellent communication skills, Excellent telephone manner
