BIM Technician

I am looking for several BIM Technicians to work on long term projects to join a leading electrical engineering company. This position offers an impressive and unique opportunity for interested candidates. These are permanent positions, based out of Dublin or sites in Europe (Germany, Sweden & Switzerland) - depending on the contract you would be away either Monday to Friday or on a 3 week roster.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Manage the construction drawings and maintain drawing registers.
• Produce As-Built drawings from redlines
• Update Revit models
• Prepare builders works drawings
• Attend site meetings
• Control the handover of As Built drawings to the client and construction management teams.

Required Skills / Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in related field
• Auto CAD 2D experience essential
• Revit and other BIM/3D Software experience desirable
• Construction experience will complement this role
• Detail oriented and outstanding multi-tasking abilities essential
• Computer literate
• Team player, adaptable & practical
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Electrical knowledge and experience is desirable but not a must have
• The successful candidate will form part of the project QAQC team and ensure accurate and high quality As Built information is issued in our handover files.
