The Role - The successful recruitment consultant will be required to:

Develop, run and grow an existing and very well-developed desk in a defined area.Maintain the Candidate & Client base within this area.Proactively call Perspective Clients to generate new businessBuild long lasting partnerships with new & existing clientsRecruit and interview Candidates and develop relationshipsCanvas and place long term and permanent vacanciesNegotiate on feesExceed targetsUndertake effective client visitsAt least 1 year's recruitment experience, is absolutely essential for this role
