Quality Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Stafford area for a Quality Manager within a manufacturing organisation.

This role would be well suited for an existing quality manager or a quality inspector/engineer looking to progress within their career. The ideal candidate would be someone who can manage own workload and has a hands on approach to quality.

Travel is key within this role so you must be willing to travel and must have a passport.

Daily duties include, but are not limited to;

• Managing all health and safety aspects for the organisation
• Maintain and develop the company ISO9001:2015 Quality System/Health and Safety system
• Manage and develop a small team
• Reviewing and improving internal processes
• Managing internal and external audits
• Owning supplier/customer issues until resolved
• Frequent travel, including monthly trips to Italy
• Work to targets and deadlines
