Working from our Wigan office you will be building relationships with new and existing clients to help grow our very successful temporary staffing business, to achieve this you will be expected to be on the telephone (a lot), visiting clients at their premises to understand the roles we are recruiting for whilst constantly looking for new opportunities and leads.

Duties will also include recruitment of candidates to match our clients vacancies, advertising, payroll and referencing whilst also delivering the best candidate experience we can.

The ideal candidate will not need to have recruitment experience but they will need to have B2B sales experience, in return we offer a very generous basic salary plus you will have a the opportunity to earn uncapped bonus, for the first 6 months you will receive bonus for everything you bill whilst you build your desk to the minimum expectation.

The working hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00 and 17.30 with the usual shift being 09.00 to 17.30 ( although on occasion you may be asked to cover the 08.00 to 16.30 shift)

We also have free on site parking and an on call service that picks up our calls when the office is closed.
