Job Details
Conversion assistant required in the international office to assist with conversion calls to all applications based in UK and overseas-must have a confident telephone manner. Excellent organisational and workload management skills required Social media and copywritings skills (desirable) Second language (desirable)
The ability to work under pressure and on own initiative to meet essential deadlines
Excellent and effective communication skills Good IT skills including use of Word and Excel
A proactive approach to service improvement
Customer-focused approach to service delivery
Someone that is Bilingual is preferred to help with international student calls
