Customer Service Advisor - Part-Time (Evenings)

Location: Ashby De-La-Zouch

Working hours: 5PM - 10PM, Monday - Sunday, 5 out of 7 days per week

Contract: Temporary - ongoing

Hourly Rate: 18 - 20: £6.15 / 21 - 24: £7.70 / 25 and over: £8.21

Training: 4 weeks, 9AM - 5:30PM, Monday - Friday

Our client is s a third party customer service provider and is the Worldwide leader in multichannel customer experience management. They work on behalf of prominent brands throughout the globe to deliver great customer service and solutions on their behalf. They are now seeking part-time customer service representatives to join their team in Ashby De-La-Zouch.

You will be working on behalf of a market leader in the rail Industry. Callers want to talk to people with personality, people who'll listen, ask the right questions and offer the solutions that leave them smiling. Duties:

  • Provide support for all customer contact for a public transport account, including; telephony, emails, claims, payment processing and more specialised support such as Smart Card support
  • Provide ad hoc support as and when required for things such as access requirements and lost property.
