40 hours per week

5 out of 7 days, working a mixture of early and late shifts covering the stores opening and closing times.

What we would like from you
We love a bit of get up and go, so don't be afraid of getting stuck into your work with passion and enthusiasm. As a Deputy Store Manager your main role is to support and deputise for your Store Manager in all aspects of running your store, in order to grow and develop your business.
Below are some of the key areas you will be required to fulfil:

  • Plan and prioritise the work of you and your team
  • Provide regular coaching and support to your team, encouraging development both professionally and personally
  • Ensure you and your team provide the highest level of customer service
  • Maximise sales at every opportunity through promoting the products and services available
  • Be confident and comfortable negotiating day to day
  • Ensure you and your team maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the store
  • Manage store compliance and administration ensuring standards are met
  • Carry out general administration tasks on our database (i.e. set up customer contracts and debt management)
  • Take a flexible approach to working as part of a team or individually
  • Continually review you and your teams performance, providing guidance and support
  • Promote a positive and flexible approach to daily management of your store/team
  • Provide support within your area when required
  • Support your store manager in all aspects of running your store to grow and develop the business
