Customer Service Executive - Supply Chain required for our client AkzoNobel, a leading global paints and Coatings Company and a major producer of speciality chemicals, with leading market positions and brands in countries around the world. They operate in a number of important market segments ranging from buildings and infrastructure to transport, industrial and consumer goods.

You will assist the Customer Service Team with the receipt of orders from customers and accurately process these orders in accordance with the company's terms and conditions of trade. You will also notify the warehouse of all customer, product and delivery requirements to ensure an efficient delivery in line with customer expectations and meet the companies standard time frame from receipt of order to delivery for core product range.

Additionally you will deal potential and existing customer enquiries in terms of sample requests, pricing queries and other request for information ensuring that all procedures are followed to give the customer the required response on time, thus providing a high standard of customer care. You will liase with internal departments to ensure investigations are undertaken and completed.

The successful candidate will have customer service experience within an office based environment. You will have outstanding communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be IT literate and have the ability to hit the ground running.
