2nd Line Migration Engineer

Manpower have an exciting opportunity to recruit an additional 2nd Line Migration Engineer to join their growing team at our Client site in Newcastle. As part of the largest migration project in Europe, you will be responsible for providing 2nd Line Support to the End User both in the lead up to and post migration.

This is a diverse role and responsibilities will include; responding to customer generated incidents/ change requests resolving any problems that occur, running scripts and using appropriate tooling to perform migration events as well as contributing to knowledge tools and sharing, ensuring learnings are documented.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Wintel Server and Desktop Operating Systems, Active Directory, MS Exchange, Network Migrations, DHCP, DNS and SCCM.

Due to the nature of this role all applicants must have or be able to obtain SC Security Clearance.
