A market leader in enterprise application SW - SAP is looking for a new addition to their Product Support Team to support their clients on temporary basis for initial 6 months with strong possibility of extension.

Your job will be:
*Developing a clear understanding of what an SAP Partner is and an awareness of the tools and resources available to SAP PartnerEdge Partners.
*Answering direct queries (via phone and email) from clients and partners, regarding administrative and operational aspects of their Partnership with the company
*Providing accurate and timely responses to all partner queries
*Preparing and distributing reporting information within the company
*Collating and presenting information to SAP stakeholders on current processes in place, and proposals to improve processes, with the aim of improving the Partners' overall experience with SAP.
*Aligning with other key roles like the Partner Services Advisors, in order to support SAP Partners
*The focus of this role is mainly reactive, and you will need to build a strong relationship with the key Stakeholders that operate in your Market Unit.

To be a good fit you need:
*Graduate of a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business or Computer Science areas
*Fluency in English & French, Italian or Spanish
*Experience with supporting clients/stakeholders over the phone and email
*Experienced IT User - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
*Commitment to provide excellent customer service
*Strong time management, prioritization & multi-tasking capabilities
*Experience gained in the IT/Software sector is an advantage
