Scientific Data Analyst (Specifications)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our Global FMCG Client, the powerhouse behind Sure, Lynx, Dove and Radox are currently seeking a Specifications Developer for their Deodorants R&D team, based at their global manufacturing facility in Seacroft, Leeds (LS14). This is a full-time temporary role to run until end of December 2019 working a 37.5 hour week, paying between £18,000-£22,500 depending on experience.

MAIN JOB PURPOSE

Specifications are a key output of R&D. This role will be involved in delivering and maintaining specifications for cross brand projects and in carrying out general admin duties.

• Preferably educated to degree level, or of graduate calibre in a scientific discipline with relevant experience.

• Relevant experience
  • Good organisational and communication skills. Including a strong ability to influence and hold self and others accountable.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage complex tasks and distill complex information into actionable plans, while maintaining precision and a strong focus on detail
  • Strong IT knowledge, use of excel/spreadsheets.
  • Experience of Sharepoints beneficial but not essential.
