A market leader in enterprise application SW - SAP, located in Citywest, Dublin is looking for a new addition to their IT Support Team to support internal users with all kinds of IT issues. It´s 23 months temporary contract.
Your job will be:
*Fully qualify all incoming IT calls, chats and support tickets in adherence to the agreed SLA
*Apply solutions, workarounds, patches and fixes as defined in our Knowledge Base
*Effective dispatch to the correct organization and resolver group
*Update our internal Knowledge Base to ensure all new solutions are made available to all IT support teams.
*Highlight all potential major incidents and problems to the respective service and problem managers
*Ensure compliance with all security standards and policies
To be a good fit, you need:
*Excellent English and German
*6 - 12 months experience in an IT support centre or related support environment,
*3rd Level Qualification - Cert, Diploma, Degree in IT related discipline
*Strong Knowledge of Outlook email connectivity
*Password administration
*RSA secure ID hard token and soft token administration
*Experience with Networking - VPN, Proxies, LAN and WLAN, Direct Access.
*Knowledge of iPhone, iPad, Android and Exchange Active Sync.
You will need a bit of time flexibility:
*Working Monday - Friday
*Working on 8 hours shift between 7am - 5pm (7 - 3, 8 - 4, 9 - 5)
*1 in 5 weeks working on late shift - 3pm - 10pm
For your great work, you can expect:
*Salary between €27,000 - €31,000
*23-month contract
