Telecoms Senior Operating Officer

Manpower are currently working with a top UK Telecoms Company who are looking to appoint a Senior Operating Officer.

Reporting into the Head of Field Operations, you will work with other SOOs to deliver strategic operational consistency across the department.

You will ensure the correct resources are available to deliver the clients commitments and SLA's.

You will be responsible for the performance of your team in adhering to SLA's and compliance. You will share best practices, coach and develop your team and Area Operating Officers to support the Clients mission to be the best.

The right person will be a recognised leader, with proven experience working with a Telecoms/Utilities environment at a managerial level. You will possess high levels of Telecommunication Knowledge and be able to demonstrate good awareness of Health and Safety and Quality Assurance Procedures.
