Manufacturing Team Leader - Nights

My client based in Narborough are a global leader in Advanced composites technologies and are currently recruiting for Team Leaders to work within their organisation.

The role is a Manufacturing Team Leader on a night shift , you will be required to work 12 hour shifts working 2 on 2 off then 3 on 3 off hours are 18.30 - 06.30

It is imperative that you have great communication skills and can demonstrate strong managerial traits along with a good knowledge of planning/organising

Some duties will include:

• Overseeing a safe & clean production environment

• Short term execution of production plans

• Management of daily breaks/overcoming any staffing issues

• Support shift supervisors

• Plan shifts

• Ensure that fabric quality is met at all times

• Extensive technical knowledge

• Ensure all production orders are made to an agreed budget
