Part Time Credit Controller - Coventry

Our Client, a leading energy provider in the UK are currently looking for an experienced SAP user to join their busy team based at Westwood Business Park in Coventry as a Credit Controller on a part time, ongoing basis.

You will be working within the Major Build, Cavity Wall and Heating & Generation businesses with Installation Services, predominantly raising and sending invoices to E.ON's residential customers.

Start date: ASAP

Location: Westwood Business Park, Coventry, CV4 8LG

Contract length: Ongoing with the potential to become a permanent employee

Pay rate: £10.22 per hour

Hours: Part time, 20-25 hours worked Monday - Friday between 8am-6pm (flexible)

Key responsibilities:

• Raising invoices in Sap for credit control
• Downloading and maintaining payments received
• Support on ensuring the business adhere to wider E.ON procedures
• Support on process reviews to drive efficiency and compliance
• Some chasing of customers for payment via email and phone
• Raising Credit Memo's in SAP
• Updating Spreadsheets with accurate information

Essential Experience:

• Previous experience in a credit control role.
• Administrative experience with strong organisational skills
• Experience in using SAP or similar
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Be approachable and good at building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
• Have a professional approach to communicating with suppliers and vendors
• Experience of working towards deadlines with the ability to prioritise tasks
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Experienced in Microsoft Excel

Desirable (but not essential) Experience

• An understanding of Installation Services and construction type businesses
• Understanding of ETech Property Hub
