Business Coordinator

Manpower have an excellent opportunity for a full time business support coordinator to work on a temp to Perm assignment for Royal Mail based in LS10. This is a full time role working Monday - Friday business hours.

The role will include:

• Working independently (or as a part of a team), planning and prioritising workloads effectively
• Providing assistance to other team members as required.
• Working in a structured and tidy manner, observing all relevant health and safety legislation and Royal Mail PFS operating procedures and standards
• Liaising with customers and public in a professional fashion in order to project a positive company image.
• Updating systems and liaising with managers and customers on the status of projects or work so that both are fully aware of the progress.
• Ensuring full compliance with Royal Mail PFS health and safety policies and procedures to ensure safety of colleagues, customers and the public.
• Promoting a 'right first time' approach
• Balancing own priorities and workload in order to ensure customer objectives are achieved and contractual obligations met.
  

To be considered for this role you must have relevant experience, hold proof of right to work in the UK and be able to get to LS10.
