Candidate Management Team Co-Ordinator
Location: Newcastle City Centre
Hourly Rate: £9.00 per hour
Hours: 37.5 per week
Contract: Temp, On-Going
The Candidate Management Team supports one of our specific client teams in the management of candidates from successful completion of their Video Assessment, through to Experience Day/Meet & Greet attendance, and any subsequent handover of information to the client's on-boarding team for successful candidates.
This will involve
- As directed by their manager - liaising with candidates successful at Video Assessment to arrange attendance at the relevant Experience Day/Meet & Greet
- Providing a positive candidate experience through a professional and efficient approach
- Ensuring all actions are completed in a timely manner, within agreed SLA's
- Proactive communication with the Team Lead and/or relevant Recruitment Delivery Manager to ensure issues are dealt with expediently
- Resolution of candidate queries, escalating where appropriate to their manager if unable to resolve themselves
- Ensure all required information is handed over to the client onboarding team for successful candidates
- Ensure all systems are accurately updated

- Experience in volume recruitment desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint And Google
- Ability to build effective relationships with recruiting team
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, problem solve while maintaining flexibility
- Strong customer orientation
- Ability to read, analyse, and interpret general business information such as job descriptions, business articles, etc.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Works effectively and collaboratively in a team environment
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organization
