Customer Service Walkden

We are recruiting for a national client who is looking for a customer service person in Walkden

As a customer service advisor based in Walkden we are looking for previous customer service experience and administration sills.

The role will involve:

- Dealing with a high number of outbound calls confirming engineer appointments

- Good customer service skills

Able to handle objections

- Good IT skills

- Previous customer service experience

- Work in a timely effective manner & have the ability to problem solve

Pay £9.00

Hours will be Monday- Friday 830am to 430pm
