Caretaker
Manpower is currently recruiting for a caretaker to work for our client based in Reading.
The role holder will work 9am-5pm Monday - Thursday and 9am-4:30pm Friday, to ensure that property and grounds are safe and maintained to a high standard by carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs.
Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Maintenance
- Voids
- Grounds Maintenance
- H&S
- Security
- Cleaning
- Porterage
- Finance & Admin
