Job Title: Administrator (Part-Time)
Location: Ellesmere Port
Hours: Monday - Wednesday (8:00am - 4:00pm)
Main Purpose of Job:
To work as a team with the site management and operational personnel carrying out site administrative tasks and SAP-based processes for site waste receipt management.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Liaise with operations, compliance, sales and customer services to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in the development of the sales function
- Liaise with existing clients and 3rd parties to fulfil customer requirements
- To maintain and develop delegated accounts
- To carry out the administration of site SAP requirements.
- To carry out operational, production and engineering administration needs, such as ordering of materials and maintaining the site SAP system.
- To ensure that customers' requirements are met by providing the pivotal link between central customer services, group transport and site operations.

- To ensure that month-end procedures are completed accurately and on time.
- To assist with the maintenance and control of the site management systems, to include document control, preparation of data and attending reviews where necessary.
- To assist with the auditing of management systems on site.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience of SAP
- Good Telephone Manner
- Experience in Administration
Desirable:
- Experience in Waste Industry.
